Every member of the Club is issued an ID card. This card, by policy, is required to be used to check in every day the child enters the Club. The following applies in the event that the child forgets or loses the card:
Lost cards: $1.00 for a replacement card.
Forgot cards: $.25 for a Day Pass.
Please note, this policy is for Current/Active members only. If your membership is expired, when you renew we will issue you a new card.
